Bib Pick Up & Information

Pick Up

Runner number/runner bib-tag and T-Shirts MUST be picked up on Friday, March 15th between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. or on Race Day from 9:00 a.m. to Noontime at Race Headquarters, 143 Maple Street, conveniently situated less than 100 yards from the Starting Line.

We will not mail your runner or walker numbers.

Bib-Tag Requirements

Tips on wearing your bib-tag:

  • Do not forget your bib-tag on race day.

  • No bib-tag. No time.

  • Bib-tags are non-transferable and must be worn only by the participant to whom it is assigned.

  • The bib-tag must be attached to your torso in order for it to be readable.

  • Do not run with the bib-tag in your hand or any place other than on the front of the torso.

What to do with the bib-tag if you drop out of the race:

  • Do not cross the finish line with your bib-tag attached to your torso if you drop out of the race. The tag will mistakenly register you as a finisher, causing problems with our results.

  • If you are forced to cross the finish line. Remove the bib-tag and discard it well before you cross the finish line mats.

  • If you drop out of the race, stay well away from any timing equipment on the course or at the finish.

  • If you know at packet pickup that you will not run your event, please return the bib-tag to the registration staff.

The bib-tag is disposable. Look for the recycle bins at the finish line.

Free Shuttle

First shuttle: 9:00 am

Last shuttle: 5:00 pm

A free shuttle service will be running from Holyoke Community college to the road race starting area. Be ready to get on one of the free shuttles no later than 12:00 pm to make the start of the race.

A free shuttle will drop you at the Mater Dolorosa School parking lot outside of the clothing drop. You must have a number to use the clothing drop. Family meeting area will be outside the clothing drop after the race.

Directions to HCC Shuttle Service from I-91:

From the North: Take Exit 14, take a right off the ramp, take a left at set of lights onto Homestead Ave., proceed to HCC.

From the South: Take Exit 14, bear left at bottom of ramp, at stop sign cross-over and take left up Cherry St., take a left at set of lights onto Homestead Ave., proceed to HCC.

Parking

On-street parking is available on all city streets but is limited to first-come basis. Please obey all posted signs and temporary signs posted by the Holyoke Police Department. Given the limited on-street parking, we encourage you to park at Holyoke Community College and utilize the free shuttle.
